For Kuwait Orders

Returns & Exchanges

Dear Customer,

We are committed to your satisfaction and offer the possibility of returning or exchanging items under the following conditions:

– Items must be in their original condition, clean, and completely unused.

– The original purchase invoice must be presented when requesting a return or exchange.

– Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item has not been used.

– Refunds are allowed within 15 days of the purchase date, provided the item has not been used.

– During sales or promotional periods, returns and exchanges are only allowed within 15 days of the purchase date, and the item must be unused.

Warranty

Our products are covered by a limited 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.

This warranty only applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover damages resulting from:

  1. Accidents or drops
  2. Repairs or modifications by any party not authorized by the warranty provider
  3. Normal wear and tear due to regular use over time

To claim warranty service, the original invoice must be presented.

The product will be inspected to verify its eligibility under the warranty.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

After the product is received, we will cover the repair or replacement and delivery to the customer within Kuwait at no cost as part of our customer care service.

For GCC Orders (Outside Kuwait)

Returns & Exchanges

Dear Customer,
We welcome your orders from all GCC countries and are committed to your satisfaction. Kindly review the following conditions regarding returns, exchanges, and warranty:

– Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.

– Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

– The original invoice must be provided.

– The customer is responsible for shipping costs in case of returns or exchanges, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or was sent incorrectly.

– In case of receiving a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours and provide clear images of the product.

 

Warranty

– Products are covered by a limited manufacturing warranty of 6 months against manufacturing defects.

– The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized maintenance.

– The customer is responsible for shipping costs in case of warranty claims.

 

Important Notes

– We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning products.

– Refunds will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
